The Crusaders will once again be hosting a super bowl party at "Stocken" in Stockfallet.
The game will feature a rematch of the 2008 classic in which the Giants, as heavy underdogs, beat the undefeated Patriots 17-14. The game featured one of the greatest plays in superbowl history:
The basics:
What - Superbowl, activities, food and... atmosphere (vital if you want to stay awake)
When - Sunday, February 6th. Doors open at 22:00, the game starts at 00:00.
Where - "Stocken", in Stockfallet (see below for directions, see also attached map)
How - "Come as you are", stay as long as you want. You don't need to RSVP...just be there! Cost: 40 kr
The 40 kr entry gets you in the door and automatic entry into the super bowl squares lottery. The lottery is a chance to win kronor based on the score of the game.
Food: POTLUCK!
This year we will try a different tact for the food, the true American "Potluck". There will be a food table, but in order to eat from the potluck table you MUST bring a dish. Make twice as much food as you will eat. So if by yourself, make food for two. Get in a group of 4 and make food for 8. And so on. Please, no groups larger than 5 people. Bringing a bag of chips does not count! We're talking dips, chicken wings, chili, sausages...get in the spirit and make some classic, gut-busting American food!
There are tons of recipes online (check out http://allrecipes.com/recipes/holidays-and-events/events-and-gatherings/super-bowl/ or just google "super bowl recipes"). Most of them are dead easy (meat, cheese, meat, cheese...). You should bring the food "ready to serve", but there is an oven and a stove if you need to warm something up.
If you don't want to participate in the potluck or you just don't know about it and show up, no worries, you just can't eat from the potluck table. And you can bring your own food and hoard it all to yourself if you wish. Everything goes. But if you participate in the potluck you'll be able to eat all kinds of good stuff!
Drinks are NOT provided. Bring you own drinks. No alcohol please. We will provide coffee. Red Bull is on you.

Directions (see also map below):
Take road 63 toward Filipstad.
Turn right after OKQ8 ( Fogdemyrsgatan).
Turn left toward Stockfallet (right takes you to Rud) and follow the road about 1km.
Park near end of the road on the left side at the recycling station/bus stop (bus stop: Mösserudsgatan)
Take the bike path up the hill / to the left, with trees on your left and houses on your right.
After about 100m the area opens into a park."Stocken" is to the left of the park.
